I don't get why people have to pick the worst part of Tirana and put it here; It's like me taking Coney Island or Flatbush, Brooklyn and saying "Here, this is New York City"! Ridiculous!

I don't say "this is Tirana" - I just found the traffic scenes interesting. I liked Albania a lot and this was just a small part of it.
