I think Satch knows this, but man, this video is for begginers only. Ok ok, he explains a few harmonic functions, intervals and etc etc but still, theorically advanced guitarists would want him to show us modes to use in improvisation in such harmonies, instead of exact phrases he uses in the songs, and licks that fit in such modes.
And YES, I know this is a video for guitar magazines, not method books. I know he only did exactly what they told him to.
