Who remembers Snakes on a Plane? You know, that 2006 exploitation thriller? Who remembers the mass amount of internet hype for the film? Who remembers how, for most people, it failed to meet expectations? I sure do! But I love it all the same.

Back in 2006, I created a small parody film of Snakes on a Plane entitled "Snakes in a House". It was pretty awful, but I loved the idea and for over two years I have been wanting to remake the film. Well, here it is!

The snake population is on the rise for some unknown reason, and when snakes start entering an unassuming English household, how will a trio of teenagers survive?

I filmed this film in a day, and it feels quite refreshing to go back to that old style of filming opposed to slaving away weeks and months making a single film. It's far from perfect, but it certainly is entertaining! There are a few minor niggles I have with the editing that I only noticed after I had rendered the film. I could not be bothered to go back and correct them, seeing as they are so minor.

That snake in the beginning is from IKEA!!! :P Well, i have one from ikea lols. I love the lettuce as a weapon... this film made me giggle.
