    Also, in the background at 1:40, where the bridge is, will eventually have one of two lakes dug out as part of the Trinity River Project that is going on right now. There will also be a Promenade on that lake

    Reunion Tower got new lights late 2011, so they're now programmable for animation and they can be any color. The convention center hotel (under construction in the foregound at the beginning of the video) is complete and has casino-like lights covering the outside, which can also be different colors and are able to be animated/programmed to be words or logos. Museum Tower is also now topped out and its also 560 feet tall (the third building in the city at that height).

    The infrastructure in Dallas is better than most places, but it did not come without a high cost to the middle class tax payer & historical sites. Not to mention Dallas is full of "half-finished" projects. Almost all the major skyscrapers downtown were supposed to have a twin....that was never built.

    All while texas is one of the finer cities of the USA, it still remains a fairly destitute city, riddled with homeless and decay.
