Christmas Fair In St George's , Berlin

St Georges is the Anglican Church in Berlin and caters for a large international group.. They have a very active programme throughout the year and today even though the weather was not ideal for a Christmas Fair it failed to dampen their spirits . I was early and got these shots of some of the Dickens era costumes. The snippets of music and the stills are to illustrate what fun can be had preparing for Chritsmas.I was torn between a YouTube soundtrack or this with of course no track over the stills .This is my choice since the singing and costumes were excellently done and a lot of fun .As usual lot's of goodies to win , buy and eat . The church get's no grant or support other than the money they raise .

Lovely nostalgic Christmas spirit. I miss the holiday atmosphere of Berlin. But I do appreciate the sunshine in New York!
