Oda is my fav clan,i just love the sheer numbers of men they can get,like over 4000 ashiguras vs like 2000 samurais and the numbers alone beat'em :D

you can have 3 provinces by the end of turn 2 with oda, making them the easiest faction to play on legendary. Turn 1, ignore rebels and send damyio, 2 yari ashi and bow to rush mino at north, (4 units is just enough to keep order with taxes off.). Build bow ashi in all provinces and end turn. Turn 2 rush the tokugawa province and ignore their main army (rebels should be defeated when they siege your castle.) When you take the tokugawa capital their army disapears... now you have perfect start.

Because you will suffer in diplomacy for betraying everyone. And everyone will hate you. Plus clans dont always want to make peace with you.
