The rich set up the middle class to fail. This is what happens when you depend to much on wall street and the banks. It is a better idea to bury your money than put it in a bank.

I truly do believe that bthe middle class is indeed shrinking, with inflation,taxes,
and as Mr. Kiyosaki points out, the falling value of the dollar. Not to mention that jobs in of themselves cannot be counted on as higher paying jobs are declining.
It is wise to use passive income (or residual income) as it stands as one of the most powerful forms of income we can aquire; it gives the lower classes a fighting chance to become stronger financially , more than a high paying job ever can

@whyicare You are right, the gap is getting wider,the rich elite power hungry types do not like a middle class. Your just stating income taxes aloneThey are taxing us through inflation also ,printing money,raising fees by mandates on the cost of business. that is past off to the buyer for the needs.The gov does it in so many ways that we do not even realize half of what they are doing.

The middle class is taxed at 15% federally which is much lower than years before. Check it out and look at the federal tax guide. I don't know what he means by the govt taxation. The dwindling of the middle class has to do with jobs being phased out or transferred overseas. Also, if you look at the distribution of wealth, the elite 10% controls 90% of the assets. The top 20% controls 95 to 99% of the wealth. It is getting close to the have and have not.
