Notice the NCPD Police Med Tech and where he positions himself. His job is to direct the movement of the patient, feet first, into the front of the helicopter using on scene personnel. He does this while ensuring that no one approaches the anti-torque rotor in the back. You’ll notice that someone approaches with a handbag and seems to be walking toward the rear of the helicopter.
