Ra Ra chats with Dan Boeckner and Alexei Perry, of Handsome Furs, one day after their very first show in Bangkok.

Earlier this year they released FACE CONTROL (Sub Pop Records), which was well received by critics. Many reviews found pleasure in hearing a "faster", "louder", and "poppier" sound from the band who accomplished this while still being able to retain depth with their dark, edgy lyrics. For their 2009 Asia Tour, the duo didn't hold back with bringing their electro-synth-pop-punk sound to their fans of the region as they hit up China, Hong Kong, Vietnam, Thailand and Singapore--an enviable list for any touring band.
