Nothing but he was not, considering Howard was 5'9" he was a spectacular receiver. The problem in the 92 Rose Bowl, was that we couldn't get the ball to him (and our defense was inconsistant). Washington was a better team that year, but I don't even remember much about Mario Baily, I just remember Billy Joe Hobart tearing us up.

The Pac 10 CHAMPION is often better than the big 10, the rest of the conference is basically half assed. Also, I hate to brag about a 3-9 season bud didn't you guys finish 0-12 last year?

Mario Bailey was the best WR in 1991 when Howard won the Heisman and he proved it when Washington destroyed Michigan to win the National Championship in the Rose Bowl.
