01-08-2008 Kings Park Station - Train en route to Newton

**MY FIRST EVER TRAIN VIDEOS** A drizzly evening on August 1st 2008 and I decided to shoot my very first train videos. At the current time, part of the Cathcart Circle line has been affected due to subsidence at Pollokshields East. Therefore, all stations via Queens Park are completely innacessible, so trains at Kings Park are much more frequent.

This video shows the train coming from Glasgow Central, calling at all stops via Maxwell Park on its way, and then resuming to Newton. it is once again a class 314, with rather squeeky brakes and the loud 'clunk' sound of the opening doors.

Thanks for watching and apologies for the piss poor A/V quality, it's the best my camera's got right now.

They're grotty inside and uncomfortable. Im leaving the area that these trains serve very soon, but before I do I am taking one last trip up to Newton, and I will get some good photos of the interior. I Heard They Were Getting Scrapped In 2010. I have not been on one but they look pretty old by looking at them and inside is just ... Can you tell me what revised saltire livery is?
