Good vid. After I started to eat 4k calories a day and work out 4-5 days a week i'm finding that i'm starving if I don't eat every 2 hours. It's crazy. It's nice to also see my weight go up without gaining much fat haha.

@dredrexler Ye I already pack my own lunch, school lunch is always unhealthy crap. I also bring a snack, maybe i should bring some more snacks/shakes because not eating on time and not eating enough really messes with my schedule.

I am not losing a lot of weight but i am losing lots of inches
when i was a senior in highschool my prom dress size was a size 18 and now the other day my friend and i were hanging out and she wanted me to try on dresses sophmore year was when i was my smallest that i have been in all of highschool i was a size 12 dress and all the dresses she chose were size 12 i told her i cant fit those she wanted me to try i did and they fit me regardless of the material i now fit in a size 12 dress again

Green Lantern was great.
I hate how i need to go to school, it fucks with my workout routine, my diet and just my life in general it sucks. I have fast metabolism and i literally have to eat every 2 hours but because of school i just CANT everyday Im starving while at school. Do you have any suggestions as to what i should do?

@peunutt007 yeah i used to have the same problem man. I would just pack a lot of small healthy snacks man, so throughout the day or between classes I could eat a protein bar or down a quick protein shake. It is definitely hard though at school. I would also pack your own lunch man, that way you can eat healthy at lunch!

@digitalgam3r This diet is based on gaining mass muscle and working out 4-6 days a week. If you are not looking into doing that then i wouldn't suggest it. Hope that helps! :) -Dre

is this diet helps only to gain weight or to loose fat and gain weight at the sametime ?? cause i got fat to remove first please i need an answer !

@sousou1452 great question! its mostly focused on gaining muscle mass but not losing any fat. So if your main focus is ONLY to lose weight then this is probably not your best bet. Due to the fact this diet averages around 3,500 calories a day, that is too much to lose weight. I would suggest to go to calorieneedscalculator(dot com) and calculate the calories you need to lose weight and find a diet based on the calories u need a day.
