if i remember right, america was colonized by immigrants mostly from europe. now that these white folks have settled for some generations, they now discriminate against those who want to migrate to america? They are going about this the wrong way. America hogs all the resources and generates its huge carbon footprint by doing everything in excess. 3rd world countries dont have anywhere near enough resources to make such a contribution to the green house effect in the same way which is why there is a difference between them and America.
Also, the term carbon footprint is misleading, because if it was just carbon we were leaving behind, there wouldnt be a problem.
