Fasting in Koh Samui

I recently decided it was time to detox... Never doing aything in halves I decided to fly from Melbourne AUS to Koh Samui THAILAND to sit on the edge of the beach and fast for 1 week. This is my video diary day by day. Enjoy

You are fucking amazing. How could you go to Thailand and not eat the food????? I would have broken in half an hour. Come to England, it's easy to resist the food here. Thai food is the best.

Well done, anyone that has voluntarily put themselves through detox for the cleanse derserves a pat on the back and shows a positive action in wanting to make steps forwards! I congratulate you and enjoyed watching your diary. Best of luck in whatever you are doing now :))

Dear dear...bloodtests done of diff. groups of people eating normal/not very "healty"

and groups on detox (herbs etc)shows NO DIFFERENCE at all!! The body detoxes itself!

I am sure you will feel better in some ways, but detoxed? Its a waste of money. Wake up!
