All good things must end. Too bad..... Genesis music will live forever, longer than the stuff put out by a lot of today's "bands".

My one regret will be not having the chance to see these guys live in concert. But I remain a life-long fan.

This was the last show Genesis will ever play. I'm glad I got to see them in Boston before Phil Collins experienced the vertebrae/spinal damage and nerve damage that forced him to retire. Phil earned his retirement, enjoy every minute and spend time with your sons they need their father.

I was at this show with my x...Renee who has been friends with the band. I got to hang with Phil backstage, and Mike. Chester...I go Phil's email address and pics with him... what an experience!!!

Be Well Phil.

Took my 20-year-old daughter to see this show. Genesis were my first concert and it was a privilege to be a part of their last. They were in great form that evening - truly a special occasion.
BTW - does anyone happen to have video of the drunken "cougar" who flashed the video screen during "Throwing it All Away?" (hehehe)

I was at this show the night before (in the pouring rain). Historically, that is typical of a Genesis show so maybe it was fitting that it rained on the last tour stop. Especially how unusual it is for rain in LA from what I am told.

I'm glad you recorded this. It truly is a very special moment.
And by the way, I'm SOOOOO happy about Genesis finally getting into the Rock N Roll Hall Of Fame at last. It's about frigging time!!! Congratulations Genesis!!! :-)

The Boston show was phenomenal. I have the CD of that show. Was a given I buy it after I saw the show. I flew back home for Genesis in 2007 and they were incredible, even my metal loving best friend thought Genesis kicked ass live. That night I knew the real fans from fakes. The fakes would walk out during "Ripples", "Carpet Crawlers", "In the Cage" and that pissed me off. Tony, Mike and Phil kicked ass on 9/11/2007 at The Garden in Boston. God bless Genesis!

Maybe the ghost of Peter? ;-)
In fact it adds some magic to this historic moment.
