When I first started watching this stuff, I thought this is crap..... But then I started to think.... If I was a graphic designer or a logo designer, what kinds of logo's would I use? Then I noticed its not the companies that are making childrens toys or mundane companies like that, its the banks and financial institutions and insurance companies that are using the same pyramid and sun symbols that we need to be aware of....

I don't find anything odd when, say, an optometrist uses an eye in it's logo.

However, when you see, say, two privatized water companies, 1 in Victoria, the other in South Australia. And one has an eye, the other a pyramid. THEN! I wonder, and advise investigation into WHO sits on the boards and so on.

I've traced Origin Energy back to the city of London control for a recent example.

To be honest, I've been a graphic designer and sometimes you base your idents/logos around certain shapes (be that triangle, circle or square). I'm not denying your claims, but some logos may be incidental. Yes, there are some you can't deny.
