The level of "connection" you describe is inconsequential; the building itself is NOT affiliated with the killers. That's UTTERLY RIDICULOUS.

@BionicDance If that is what you're saying you haven't communicated it very well. Obviously, I would disagree with you. I think there is a good reason not to build it because the religion and by extension the building itself IS affiliated with the killers, and that affiliation is more then consequential. Again, I don't see any connection to the people who would use Park 51 and the terrorists so that the point you're trying to make is completely irrelevant.

That the "affiliation" with the killers is "more than consequential" is asserted by you WITHOUT A SCRAP OF EVIDENCE. It's just your opinion.
...and it's CHOWDERHEADED. Even the tiniest scrap of scrutiny would reveal that the Park51 folks are, at best, no more related to the 9/11 hijackers than some Methodist church in Seattle is to the Vatican. *rolls eyes*
