nice car to drive i have the JTD good mpg even when being a bit heavy footed some people not keen on looks but personal preferance nice car to drive just electricals to watch out for

Watch the electronics, angle changing mechanism of front lights, faults of airbags, front geometry and in cars with 1.4 there were some problems with a compressor of air condition. Those are most common faults... Good luck!

It's a nice car and not expensive to repair.
Only disadvantage is the interior, but that's a personal thing.

@Carto0n7 I know it's later to reply, anyways, this was my first car at the age of 18, its two years later now and i still have it. so my advice would be, don't listen to the media when it comes to what type of first car you should have,, the media is full of negative bullcrap. but like the other guy said, the car is a pussy magnet, so take advantage of that..
