Hi Jeff. I play 5-aside football (soccer) and ruptured my cruciate ligament 5 year ago which I've since had surgically repaired. Can you recommend a good leg routine for keeping my (left) knees strong and also help increase speed ? Cheers

Just a tip, when doing single leg squats, don't let your knee go in, keep it straight and behind your toes. Really works your glutes and quads more. Great workout anyway btw.

hi jeff i wana ask u sumthing.. im a cross country runner which means i run bout 5 km everyday... u hv said tht running 4 long period time killz d chances of getting lean muscles.... is tht true? bcauze it takes bout 17 minutes 2 finish tht run after i do chin upz,push up... does all thiz killz my chances 2 get lean muscle?

For the squat part do you recommend using lighter dumbbells? cuz the heavier you go wouldn't it be a less workout on your core cuz you'd be adding more weight to stabilize yourself but if you don't go heavy enough then it wouldn't work legs as good so what do you recommend?
Jeff, where can I buy those resistance rubber bands. I don't know what they are called so I can't get them online and I can't seem to find them at my local sporting goods store. Any help would be awesome.

@biglarrygreen Big Larry....check performbetter and search through their bands. You should be able to find them on there!

hey Jeff. my dad sold our weight set in a garage sale (I dont know why) but besides the bands. does your program consist of hardcore workouts you can do without weights?

@biohazard2030 There are plenty of bodyweight exercises, but all of the workouts require at least dumbbells to complete. Check out some of my other workouts on this channel that limit the workouts to just bodyweight

Hey Jeff. I bought the program a few months back and love it so far. I was wondering. I found a few of those "purple bands" that you use in this video. I know you call them jump stretch bands but could you tell us what ones you use exactly and maybe the different resistances you like to use? Thank you

@Stingeralt10 I use the 1" thick bands to do the majority of the exercises....when I need to support my entire body weight (as in the chest workout) then I use the 1 3/4" bands. Hope that helps!
