USCG Plane Collides With Chopper; 9 Missing

As many as nine people were believed to be missing after a Coast Guard plane collided with a military helicopter off the Southern California. A pilot did report seeing a fireball in the vicinity of the crash site. (Oct. 30)

So how did a 47 story building that was not struck by a supposed airplane almost a football fields distance away end up as a pile of dust. I yet to see any wreckage from the Shanksville PA site and i'm still trying to figure out how that big old plane fit into that teeny weenie hole at the Pentagon. This has been a bad month for military air crashes but this one is close by. My heart goes out to the family members of those involved and also to those who continue to work around the clock to try and search for any possible survivor and also debris.
