great info man, ye polyunsaturated fats are trash, get in good fats, make cod liver oil your no.1 fat intake source if your skinny, it worked for me very well. The only way to win at diet is trial and error imo, everyones different, but for the uneducated its sort of a loosing battle with the products available at the moment.

Is it just polyunsaturated fats that can become hydrogenated in the body, and where can I read about it? Thanks.

josh what do you think about water fasting and healing disease? I have read nearly all disease can get healed through water only fasting..

why cant more health professionals be like you
an example is few months back i went into a doctors office and told him i had MTSS all he did was feel the area and give me an anti inflammatory prescription
....i mean are you kidding me i just payed you 70 bucks and thats all you going to do
know one addresses and attempts to source the problem anymore they just give out 1 out of a possible 100 cures.

how many calories do you eat a day josh?

I don't count them. I do 3 meals and one snack (mid day). I am up weight, as it is winter and I tend to put on healthy weight, bulk up, etc. as well as train for strength. Spring and summer I tend to loose weight, cut up, etc and change my workouts for strength endurance, power and back to overall stability and circuits.
