Poor pilgrims face hardship on Hajj - 09 Dec 08

Thousands of Muslim pilgrims spend their life-saving just to get to Mecca for Hajj.

But few can afford decent accomodation, instead having to sleeping on the floor in makeshift camps on the hills of Saudi Arabia.

As Jamal Elshayyal reports from Mina, they say it's a sacrifice worth making.

al-jazerah is always trying to provide the bad side about Arabic country

dear sir ; Saudi's Gov provides every thing 4 Pilgrims

i've been there , I've seen the Gov and what they provide

they try to satisfy the Pilgrims as much as they can. they give them more than a food or water

but u should know the Pilgrims around 4 millions every year , i think it's difficult to master it :-)

@decombe666 Fućkaš Benedikta i raznorazne imame i lažne proročke prdonje. Stari moj svaka vjera što je pisana u knjigama je teška laž i izmišljotin da se stekne vlast nad običnim čovjekom. Kršćanska je crkva je bila gadna ali fala bogu riješili smo se toga zla, pa ju danas niko ne shvaća ozbiljno. Islam sa šarijatskim zakonima je strava za moderni ljudski um. Šta da poštujem??? Silu i opresiju nad ljudskim umom. Demokracija=sloboda govora. Idem na dobre čevape i dobru čašu vina sada.

@flakcannon1 De mi reci komsija zar te ovaj rat nije nista naucio..da postujes tudje!!De mi reci jesil gledao benedikta kad je dosao u Hrvatsku..kakvu su korist ljudi od njega imali,nikakvu,pa su opet ljudi isli masovno da ga vide,ne pljuj tudje jer i tvoje nije nista bolje..mozda cak gore!!
