The story is Sonic, Tails, and Amy visited an orbital theme park made by Eggman. Then they find out that Eggman was capturing a bunch of cute colorful aliens against their will, using them as energy sources. Of course Sonic being the nice guy, set out to rescue them. Some the aliens have unique powers to transform Sonic, enable him to do certain moves.

Awesome song, but what is it about? All I can tell from this is that Sonic and maybe Tails will be in it with floating things that leave a trail of the color that it is.
