Just a little thing I did for fun. I had no internet, and no access to you guys, so I laid off the Let's Playing and the servering, and instead chilled a bit on this map, playing around with redstone. There'll be a few videos like this, with a few other contraptions I've made.

Enjoy! Please like, comment, and subscribe!

  • When you first showed off the "no sticky piston" two stage door, I was trying to figure out how you did it before you showed it off. Then I heard the sound of all the different pistons from that button and I'm like, "EUREKA! Just use three pistons to push it away, down, and then back!"

Congrats, I wouldn't have been able to figure that out on my own. Very clever.

  • @TheRPGeesus No worries. I remember when I heard about sticky pistons, and everyone was like: "yes, now I can use my slimeballs!"

    *crickets*

  • @EmpGrevious Ah, makes sense, I had forgotten about the scarcity of slime balls.

  • @TheRPGeesus Well, if you're playing legitimately, and you don't have any sticky pistons, you can use this system. I don't have any slime balls around on my single player file.

  • Sorry to post twice, but what exactly is the benefit of using non sticky pistons?

It seems to me that you could do all of this quite simply with two sticky pistons and about a quarter of the space.
