@ShinyNosepass use the goddamn jump kick, buddy :D, It does damage, and you cover distance as you fly past him making some of his attacks miss. :) ☺ ☻

With TK, you have to learn his moves. He has recovery after a few of his moves and you have to take advantage of it and hit him at that time. Once you learn that, you can get him in a complete pattern.
