Just like a dad taking a credit card from his daughter. congress needs to tell the defense secretary and the secretary of state "NO" your cut off. you have went well over your spending limit. You should have spent your money wiser.

Afghanistan's #1 threat to stability, and stumbling block is The Taliban. Qaeda is 1 Islamic terror cell out of hundreds. The Taliban has proven to be the greatest threat in the region and specifically with whom we are fighting in Afghanistan. They've taken over parts of Pakistan and aren't going to compromise anywhere.
