I agree that you should look at more current info on shoes and barefoot running and update this video .You might want to advise your viewers to look into Vibrams, especially if they are experiencing persistent injuries from running. Give the best advice you can by staying current with new ways of thinking about running. Otherwise you may be giving advice that actually is harmful.

If this was a joke video, this guy would be a genius. Apparently if the hat I'm wearing gets too hot, I can just take it off. Also if my hands get cold, I may want to try a pair of gloves.
