How to change any Bitmap image into GIF or JPEG or whatevers on the list

This will show you how to change any image, bitmap or not really, to a JPEG or GIf. If you cant read my writing, sorry, then read this.
1.Open Paint
2.Open picture
3.Go to File
4.Select Save as
5.Select Save as type
6.Scroll down and look for JPEG or GIF
7.Your done
