Punters at a pub in Hoyland have been throwing custard pies in the landlord's face - all in the name of Children in Need.

The event at the Beggar and Gentleman, Market Street, was one of dozens of fundraisers happening across the borough.

Students at Barnsley College have also been raising money for Children In Need. One event invloved lobbing wet sponges at lecturers.
