I see the 'Good Shepherd' story is very true. Everyone is expendable even American citizens...maybe especially. You are very brave man.

This is interesting but anyways the US has never been honest yet. not yet. not yet.

It is a bad bird that soils its own nest. The nest "from sea to shining sea" is poluted by terrible actions of so called "leaders", whose interest is in POWER for any price. The way I see it is getting close to fascism. The tortures - waterboarding- is only the expression of it. Rumsfeld signature on the piece of paper I got is contradicting CIA claims that they had nothing to do with me. How can one gov. agency thank me for the Cold War service and the other deny it?

You have an amazing story Boris! I hope you get your book published. I feel privileged that you are answering these comments. I'm not a lawyer, but I can think of a million arguments to make the totten doctrine a joke. Of course, the govt. can make it's own laws to be above accountability. You have to admit they have the sick sense of humor to give you the medals and autograph of Rumsfeld! I hope you don't mind me laughing about that with you.
That is the problem with government organisations, as a society we cannot do without them, it is a relationship like mother and child. What infuriates people is when they misuse their positions. I am anti-CIA abuses, whether it is drug running, illegal wiretapping, torture, murder, instability, coups, genocide support, whatever. I support your attempts for your own justice.

Dependance of the federal agencies on Administration and its policy is unacceptable. "The American Way" can not be that in the name of the citizenry we cheat, torture, lie and support injust governments.
I have earned being a US Citizen.
Stay safe.

Sir, I would like to thank you for your service in a difficult period in history. I am embarrased at the way you have been treated. I pray that you will one day receive your just compensation. Those were difficult times to be sure.

Thank you jurgitall. It is not so much about compensation as about unfair and dishonest acts of using agents and throwing the to the lions.
Stay safe.

Are you in contact with people like Larry Johnson (Valerie Plame's friend) and is there anyway they can/would help you?
I am not a "fan" of the CIA because of its self destructive idiocy, but that is not your fault. If you really were working for it in the Soviet Union, then you put your life in the line. And the US should honor its obligations. Just like it should with wounded soldiers (I am against the war) and their families.
Good luck.

No. I have no contact with Larry Johnson or Valerie. I risked my life because the evil had to be punished for what have they done to my country,(Poland), and myself. I am now US citizen. I did not know that I worked for a dishonest gov.The way the wounded soldiers are treated is a dark side of this administration. Even the Soviets treated their soldiers better.I am against any war and agression, but I am a fighter, I always was and always will be.
