The Chicago Cubs vs the Houston Astros in Miller Park due to Hurricane Ike. Darin Erstad struck out on Carlos Zambranos 110th pitch giving Big Z a season high 10th strike out but most importantly giving him his first no-hitter of his career and the giving the Cubs their first no-hitter since Milt Pappas threw a no-hitter on September 2, 1972. The video was shot from the third row in section 235. It's a bit shaky, especially when the crowd erupts.
Great moment in an up and down career.

And I've got BOTH these games on DVD.....I cannot imagine what it would have been like if Lilly duplicated Zambrano's feat in less than 24 hours.....would have been the sports story of the decade!

On top of that, Lilly almost had a no-no the next day (6+ innings) and had another one going today (6+ innings), both at the same park. Miller truly is Wrigley North!
