  • People eat cooked because it is a drug. It dumbs them down into zombiedom.

  • He brings up some interesting points, but I want to see him cite some of his claims "half the lycopene in a tomato is destroyed when cooked" that figure is most likely pulled out of thin air to back his side, along with many others...

  • @FM897 The people who eat that bad make me sad, because they are so far gone they are beyond help. It is like they were wronged by their parents in how they were raised to eat.

  • @Vegirobin Drives me friggin nuts. I wish he would fix it or lop it off! It sends a chill down my spine.

    Love his work though.

  • @Vegirobin, And I thought it was just me. LOL!

  • He's so right; almost EVERYONE thinks they eat healthfully. I was talking to a friend who eats Hot Pockets and Goldfish on a regular basis because they're cheap and drinks Snapple instead of water. We were discussing what it meant to eat a healthy diet and she said, "Yeah, I don't eat a lot of crap." Seriously? It's usually the people who eat the healthiest who, when asked, will say, "No, I really don't eat that well" or, "My diet is okay, but there's a lot of room for improvement."

  • @kissingkousins

This is great but I agree... I can't stop staring at his finger.

  • Old injury from gymnastics that wasn't set properly.

  • Thanks for posting--is his right pinky broken or something?
