  • I am glad you are honest and open to letting your partners know about your status, very important to do so. Wish there was more people like you to be honest.

  • I have When I love someone its uncondtional

  • I think as long as you are open and honest and keep the lines of communication open with each other you can work through anything especially if you really care about that person deeply and want to move forward in the relationship. Sometimes love really does conquer all. ;)

  • @xirtkaeanjax Well apparently it's a Youtube issue, so I guess I won't blame my horrible technology skills this time. I'll try again later though :/

  • So I tried making a response video for you on this topic, and it would only upload about 50 seconds of the video. So I am trying to post it to my own channel now to see if that works any better. I am not technologically inclined, that's for sure ....

  • Thank you for the question. The responses have been interesting...

  • wouldn't blink, i would want to educate myself about what it is and how it could effect me and the relationship in the future but i don't think it would stop me after i got the education. i was sick and my partner was sick when we met and got together, now we both have lyme so no real warning there but we'll both always have it even if we get in remission. and of course now there's a lot of talk that lyme can be passed along sexually.

  • What an AWESOME question Angie! Well, I must say this is a mind boggling topic. In all honesty, I think its safe to say people seem to focus on the physical disabilities as opposed to the spiritual. What I mean by this is, I would MUCH rather date a person w/ physical challenges than someone who is #100% up to par physically but are spiritually MALIGNANT! I'm attracted to a positive spirit way FASTER than anything ELSE! GREAT TOPIC!

  • Hmm.... personally, as long as it was clearly explained to me &I was then free to ask questions - & I was fairly certain that I would get honest answers - then I really don't see why this sort of thing would prevent a relationship with a person I cared for and was attracted to. I mean, everyone has "issues" of some sort, & I can think of a vast number that'd be a heck of a lot more challenging within a relationship than someone's medical concerns.I'd support the person I loved, unconditionally.
