The first single to be taken from Toddla T's forthcoming new album 'Watch Me Dance' will be the brilliant, Soul II Soul-esque 'Take it Back' featuring Shola Ama and J2K.
Remixes of 'Take It Back' will come from The 2 Bears, Dillon Francis, D1, Des Demure and DJ Q. -- completing the re-introduction to our boy Toddla as he prepares to stamp his mark all over summer 2011.

omg "fire and ice" totally brought me here too I heard this song in the background of that episode and just had to find out what it was. I assumed it was alexis jordan for some reason but i love love love shola ama saw her on an epi of cbb's bit on the side she looks amazing
