This is the story of Warwick Valley Jazz festival founder, Steve Rubin's successful quest to bring jazz & blues to the now teeming music scene in Warwick, NY and the story of a village which now highly values its local artists, musicians & actors.

There have been Jazz festivals in upstate NY long before this festival. I really perturbs me the the way people from NYC ignore what goes on a lot farther upstate than this Syracuse and Rochester have had Jazz Festivals long before this. To us Warwick is downstate.
