The Powertec Shape System has some great leg exercises like squats, lunges and rows for your hamstrings. You can also do Squat Rows which are demonstrated in the Powertec Leverage Gym video.
Another easy way to add variety to your leg training on the Powertec Shape System is to add the Powertec Leg Lift Attachment. This will enable you to do leg extensions and leg curls.
