  • In Culinary 411 - Blackened Steak with Blue Cheese Wine Sauce you said " Theres only two per cow...", but in this video its four, so which ist it? Quit worrying about pushing wine, which doesn't even matter when deglazing a pan and to top it off the veggies in the first video were absolute garbage! Mixed veggies from a frozen mix bag, your a hack. Don't listen to this guy, I think he's just a wine rep.
