@FirstDragonSlayer Nvidia, as a whole, is not faster than AMD. The fact that the 590 wins is not a fair story because the 590 uses 2 580s on one PCB whereas the 6990 uses dual 6970s and the 6970 is of course slower than the 580 (which is why the price of the 6970 is considerably lower). Nvidia may be the cream of the crop at the top high-end of the market but AMD does have a thing going for it in the Enthusiast segment (6950 vs 560 ti anyone?). Intel is indeed superior to AMD in processors.

1.Nvidia-faster graphics
2.AMD-More video Ram.
and about CPUs
1.AMD-more cores
2.Intel-Less cores,more power in each core.

did any of you actually listen to the video. He noted sound only because ITS THE ONLY DECIDING FACTOR that differentiates the two cards. In other words, they both performed almost exactly alike. I am not biased towards any card, nor am I saying his choice was right or wrong. But I can tell you, I wouldnt spend $700 on something thats as loud as a lawn mower. For that money, I'd expect better than that.
