"One crowded hour of glorious life is worth an age without a name" a line that Davis wrote in the front of each of his work diaries. If this guy was American he would of had a movie bio of his life years ago.

great documentry about a great man. However Davis saw the great tragedy of the war and the terrible toll it took on the people of vietnam and cambodia

where can i watch this docco? cant find it on youtube.
-
yes i am reading it at the moment and it is amazing. He was a incredible person.

I recommend you see Front Line if you can. Played to packed audiences when first released and made a significant impression on Australians to understand Vietnam/Cambodia and the war. As for the person Neil Davis....well.....he crammed x50 lifetimes into his own life
Bradbury in those days used to introduce the doco at the Paddo town Hal where it played

Australian novelist Christopher Koch wrote a novel 'Highways to a War' whose central character, cameraman Mike Langford is loosely based on Neil Davis

Damn right they should, aslong as they don't Hollywood it up!
-
they should make a movie out of one crowded hour.
