I've had problems with both rotator cuffs. I like the exercises you showed that did not require grasping the band with the hands, allowing the muscles of the forearm to relax. I'm a massage therapist, and my hands/forearms get enough of a workout as it is. I'm going to get an exercise band and try some of these.
