@dogwardenduval yes, it was announced AFTER the check had already been written. How exactly and When and Where was the decision made in advance? Were you there when the donation was determined to be made with TAXPAYERS dollars? Your Wifey had to know somehow to cut the check in advance. Answer me that DUVAL! Better yet post your video to explain it. A year later and you still only PROVE stupidity. Same wifey said just because BID was being taken it did not mean an exclusive trashman.

Dictatorships always announce what they are going to do AFTER they do it. Its only public funds after all. Hopefully D.U.V.A.L. can keep this all quiet so volunteers that have given in the past won't be disappointed. Hi HO to the D.U.V.A.L DICTATORSHIP. WRITE THEM CHECKS AND DON'T TELL THE PUBLIC.

I do believe the check for the volunteer was announced and presented in an open meeting. So I guess it was in secret. It seems the facts are a bit obscured on this page. Good Luck! So how does one go about posting a video on here?
