Oh, I think they thought it out very very carefully. Every scheme that comes out of Washington, particularly from the Left, is a pyramid scam. They're always looking for ways to make money while appearing to 'care'. Pelosi, Frank, Waters, etc., all made a fortune off of the Housing Crisis. And you can bet that it's the same deal with Obamacare and Cap-n-Trade.

Wow! Nuclear waste storage in Harry Reid's state? Now I know why Democrats seem to hate clean nuclear energy. Blunt has a great grasp of the effects of cap and trade. Fewer jobs here and more polution abroad. Our manufacturers have been doing things better and cleaner every year for a lot of years. Thank God we are going to shut them down and build less efficient and dirtier plants in China. Someone is poppin' a cap in our asses and trading us down the river.
