In this chapter Officer Hayes comes to question the Plumber.
This is a re-edit of the original version of episode 25 of Waiting for Welfare. I cut the first part of the video down abit. This way we can get closer to one of the best parts of the episode.
In some of are videos I realize that there are syncing issues in the audio. This is due to the uploader used to upload through google.Also it is due to the mini DVDS that these episodes were filmed on. I apologize for any syncing issues. But better edits of these episodes will be coming soon down the pike.
