I have never worn sunscreen because I don't think it is 'natural'. The sun is the nurturer of earth. Often times humans don't get enough of 'needed sunlight'. I am a lover of light....I need a lot of light to avoid depression. I think this is an inspiring video, Weather Man.

Just want to say Technology is Beautiful! Inherently it is a neutral aspect of our lives. Like a knife! Though it may seem "bad" that's simply association. It how it is used that can be judged. With a knife, one can take anothers life or, slice bread to feed their family. actually, this has helped me to remember meditation from deepak chopra.

does this mean I can re-program all kinds of thoughts I have? like, not feeling so tired. not feeling tired from reading. I get easily tired from reading. I can re-program my eyes and brain to have more endurance?
