Hadrah of Islam - Sufis Seeking the Presence of Muhammad

Sep 2nd 2007- jakarta Indonesia - Shaykh Hisham Kabbani attended an event organized by the Naqshbandi Rabbani Zawiyah. Over 5000 people attended. The event started with Nasheed salawat, followed by whirling Dirvished and ended with an amazing hadrah zikr lead by shaykh hisham. The energy was electric, the crowd was ecstatic as it tasted the sweetness of faith in remmemberance. Ali Elsayed who was accompanying shaykh Hisham recited salawat along with the Rabbani Salawat group.

Veiledtreasure, may Allah give you understanding, if we do not seek help from any of Allah's creation, then stop going to the doctor when your sick, since Allah is the real healer wait in bed for Allah to heal you. in the same way the dr is a means to healing and not the healer, a wali (saint) is the means to guidance and not guidance itself.

Veiledtreasure has missed some key issues here. First and foremeost 'Sufis' were baround during the time of the holy prophet (SAW) they derive from the group known as the 'Ahlus-sufa'. Secondly, Allah (Sub) alludes to, in a very sublte way towards following sufis and walis in surah Kahf in the incidents between Sayyidina Musa and Khizr.

@veiledtreasure Just like when you move on a path in a strange land you seek guidance of those who already know the place, Sheikh is important. Sheikh himself had been through it, n know about the good and dangers involved on this path. Just like there is a teach of Shariah, there are teachers of "Tassawaf"

well read the NOBLE QURAN and then talk because in surat AL NUH Allah awt says that DHIKR is the highest form of worship so before you judge do your research they obviously have .....

A doctor is an expert in his field, the Quran is full of sciences, maths, the Arabs invented algebra from it and perfected the Arabic language, astronomy, geology, embryology and so on. So when the Quran says consult someone who knows he means the expert in each field to discover whether its true. Not some Sufi born in a village with no real education who is going to tell you he descended from the Prophet therefore he is an expert??

Its funny how all Sufis use the doctor as an example. I'm glad you did because now we can clear up what the real truth of the Quran is..AllahSWT says if you do not understand something in the Quran ask a man who knows?

The only thing that is real that exists for us from that time, from the Prophet is the Quran and that does not tell us to do these things??
