Dual patchbays on this beast, one for changing around the sounds to give a whole new range of interesting grooves, and another to completely twist the sounds into something very different. Also has an added ring modulator, an oscillator to provide the modulator signal, and external inputs to use the ring modulator on other signals. A solid favourite here, produces many unusual sounds and loops!

Added Features:

12 Point Sound Randomizer Patchbay
28 Point Mangle Patchbay
Internal Ring Modulator
Internal Oscillator
Oscillator Pitch Knob
1/4" Ringmod Carrier In
1/4" Ringmod Modulator In
1/4" Jack Output

  • Nice work on this one man. I like the fact the ringmod is patchable. Something to look at on my next one me thinks. Have you tried it on a 12 & 14? Both of those react quite well to it. Good luck with the auction.

  • Thanks! I've not tried either of those machines, but will snap one up if I find cheap anywhere... I have a DD6 also waiting to be done, which will probably be a similar affair. Have you seen Kaseo's DD6? He's got video of it on here, it has an interesting crash switch and a joystick.

  • Wow I heard distorted voices in the beats ..

    whoa!!!!!!!

  • Yeah, there's a 'one, two, three, four!' loop on pattern 98. You can set the pads to the sounds as well. Trippy stuff!

  • are they banana or rca?

  • Just standard mono 3.5mm jacks. Banana may be better though as they're stackable. Haven't tested connecting three or more points together but it would probably do more randomness!

  • i would love to see a bend with banana jacks..or some kind of multi instrument modular bend? mabey bends from a drum machine glitching something else .. i hope thats possible that would rock. excellent job btw

  • Each jack is connected to a pin on a chip inside the machine, so you make short circuits by connecting two points with a patch cable.

  • What are the patchbay jacks?

  • Thanks mate! :-)
