Kimberlys POV
Its been a very long time and I sat in a room, nervous of what to expect, of what to hear. You see, my mom hadnt allowed me to see Jason the whole time he was here and already hes been here for 8 months. I played with my hands but then I heard a door open. I turned around and saw a officer come in, after he came in Jason came in. I smiled but then frowned when I saw him in his jail suit and in handcuffs. The officer let him walk in, took his handcuffs off then left, still standing infront of th door. I immediately got up and hugged him tightly. He hugged back. I felt tears wanting to come considering I havent seen him since that day and its been like a month but I held it all in as I pulled away. He went to sit down at his chair as I sat across from him, holding his hands.
Kim: Are you okay? Is anyone hurting you?
Jason: *Sighs* No cause they think that Ill bomb one of their cells.
Kim: *Sighs* Im sorry for getting you in here.
Jason: *Rubs her hands* Hey if it weren't for you, Id be dead right now.
Kim: *Looks up teary eyed* Youre acting like you dont hate me when I know you do.
Jason: I DONT hate you babe.
Kim: I got you into this hell hole. I-
Jason: *Cuts her off* It wasnt you! It was me and my stupid revenge okay! If anything you saved me and I love you for that!
Kim: You still love me?
Jason: Who said I ever stopped?
Kim: *Smiles and leans over, kissing him softly*
Jason: *Kisses back then pulls away, whispers* I missed that.
Kim: *Caresses his cheek* Youre going to come back in 5 months right?
Jason: *Nods* Only 5 more months and Im out of this place and back with you.
Kim: *Smiles big* And Ill be waiting.
Jason: *Sighs and pulls away* You don't have to wait.
Kim: But I want to wait, cause I love you.
Jason: *Smiles* Well I-
Cop: *Walks in* McCann times up.
Jason: *Sighs and stands up, holding his hands out, looking at Kim* I love you.
Kim: *Stands up too* I love you more. *Pecks his lips*
Jason: *Smiles at her before walking out handcuffed with the cops*
Kim: *Sighs and grabs her things, leaving*
-5 MONTHS LATER- [NOW HE MOST LIKELY WOULDNT BE LET OUT IN 1 YEAR AND 1 MONTH BUT ITS MY STORY SO HA!]
Kim: *Walks downstairs* Mom Im leaving now!
Mom: *Comes out* Where exactly are you going?
Kim: *Grabs the keys* I told you, to pick up Jason.
Mom: *Frowns* Didnt you and that boy break up already?
Kim: *Rolls her eyes* THAT BOY and I didnt break up cause we love each other
Mom: *Sighs* Cant you see this is for the-
Kim: Dont you dare finish that sentence. Mom, I love you I really do but if you try to hold me away from Jason any more, I swear I will leave. *Leaves, slamming the door*
I drove to the jail aggrivated but still happy to be seeing Jason again. He was finally going to get out. I got there and then I got out and waited on the bench outside the cell, jail thing, waiting for Jason to come out. He was finally being let out but I didnt know where he would exactly go. Considering his step dad died, his brother, his other brother basically hates him, I dont think he has anymore family. Just then Jason walked out smiling. I immediately got up and jumped on him, hugging him tightly.
Kim: Jason! *Holds him close* I missed you so much.
Jason: *Smiling hugging back* I missed you too.
Kim: *Smiles and pulls away but then noticed Stokes* Oh hey Stokes.
Stokes: Hey there, I just want to make sure that you make sure that Jason gets into no more trouble.
Kim: *Giggles as Jason wraps his arm around her waist* I cant do that anymore, its whoever has custody of him.
Stokes: Oh yea, Im sure she will make sure of that.
Kim: *Looks at Jason* She?
Jason: *Slightly smiles* Ill tell you in the car, you brung your car right?
Kim: Yea, here you drive. *Hands him the keys then they walk out together*
Jason: *Gets in the car after her, starts driving* So youre probably wondering who has custody of me now.
Kim: Yea Im a bit curious.
Jason: *Chuckles* My mom has custody of me.
Kim: Oh you couldve just- wait what?
Jason: What do you mean what? I said my mom has custody.
Kim: No, you told me your mom died.

:O what will he say lol i hope u like this i tried my best :) but more drama will be coming ;)
