  • This song was from a Paul Rodgers solo album.

  • they also remade it on mean business.. i like both versions honestly!, but the fretless bass gives it depth

  • Saw The Firm in'86-what was then known as Brendan Byrne arena(sp?)-East Rutherford,N.J.-fanatastic show-trivia question-who opened up for The Firm and who was the drummer of that band???

  • the 2 times i saw them, no opening acts.. and the drummer with the firm is chris slade.. now drummer of ac/dc

  • Virginia Wolf (with drummer Jason Bonham) opened up for The Firm-have the ticket stub to prove it-google it

  • Oh, I was'nt doubting you, I was just saying,I saw them in Omaha,Neb. 1985, no opening act.. in 1986 Kemper arena KC,MO no opening acts, but i did hear he had opened for him, which led to a short reuinion with plant , page, Bonham(jason) in 1988

  • I preffer the original song from the Paul Rodger's album ''Cut loose'' which i have in vinyl and its a little bit difficult to bring it up in you tube.

  • Here's what kills me, tickets to see the Firm went on sale in Canada way back in 1986 and before i had a chance to buy them the concert got cancelled. I never did see them live but man i sure would have loved to have seen them. I wish they would have stayed together as i think they were really great. At least we got two albums out of them!!!!

  • @ZoSoRecords

They had an opening act at Kemper in 86. I can't remember who it was but they were playing when I found my seat.

  • Oh Crap it was Sunday may 5 1985 At the Pittsburgh civic arena . I had to pull the Stub out.

  • Saw the firm n the civic arena in Pittsburgh I was young in 10th grade .. It was awesome !!!!

  • I look around the world today and from the first time I heard this song "Live In Peace" back in 1983 the lyrics still haunt me.....

  • Yes, this is an original song by Paul Rodgers...equally great on his solo album Break Lose. Amazing!
