Here we go! Poi hooping time. I find there are lots of people that are always asking me how to do single beat and 3 beat waves for poi hooping. So I have created 2 tutorials that will hopefully help out a lot with the moves.

Hello! I'm using 3/4", 100psi tubing and the hoops are 27" measured from the inside of the tubing. :)
