To the People of China

A video to share my grief with those that have suffered with the earthquake in China. Show the world that it's not about politics, not about religion, but that people can respond to people. One on one and feel their pain. Do a response, share your thoughts, share with your friends, encourage them to do the same. Let's show people that we can have compassion and mourn for others loss even in this world of divisiveness and politics.

not all americans are enemies, i agree but most of them are as far as i am concerned. your condolence is appreicated but not necessary and some Chinese people may even feel offened, considering you a hyprocrite. therefore, americans will be better off statying away from us.

The earthquake in china and the Cyclone in Burma had me really upset all week! It is just awful what those people are going through.

Same hear. It horrified me to think of a middle school collapsing with over 900 students and it looks like most of them were lost. It's a tragic and awful loss. Don't care what nationality or religion you are, the loss of a child is horrible. And that much loss of life, in both places, is awful. Just my way of saying I share some of their grief.

great vlog. i have been quite amamzed at the level of access china has allowed the international media and international help with this. whereas burma is just a crying shame. be well. maybe china is changing for the better

I wish something could be done in Burma as well. That place is a total disaster and their government is doing nothing? What do you think? Does that warrant military intervention -- for humanitarian help?

oh, religious freedom. you can take my big family as an example, there are Buddhists, Christian in my big family and some of our friends are Hui Muslim. For your country, why you have "in god we trust" on your bank note to make those Muslim/Buddhists pissed off? Please tell your government/central bank to removed the "in god we trust" from your bank note and learn how to respect other people's religious freedom.

I was a pure anti-CCP guy at my age of 18, I argued with my dad almost every day why the Chinese government is so bad. However, 10 years on, I learned that the CCP/Chinese government led the biggest human urbanization in history, quickly improved people's life quality, transformed China from a poor country to a much better one and *largely* increase the life expectancy of all Chinese. Obviously I was wrong, the CCP is managing the most complex country in this world and they did a good job.
